Being bold in entries is good; being bold in infrastructure is not.
(But really, just use common sense. For example, adding a new parameter to {{support}}
, unless you have reason to think it will be controversial, probably doesn't require discussion, because it doesn't affect anyone who doesn't want to use it; just be sure to include an edit-summary and to update the documentation. But you shouldn't remove functionality that people are actively using, unless you've given them a chance to object.)
