I love applied linguistics and semiotics. Although I am fascinated by languages, I work with peers to reduce language and other communication barriers in decision-making. I assist organizations to communicate meaning, reduce complexity and risk, through the development of a simple sign-language framework.
The framework permits sharing, globally, with rigor and less narrative, both decisions and feedback, within and across language boundaries, including complex plans (e.g. schedules, resource allocation) and work progress. Collaborative-innovation templates and value-creation algorithms are among our latest work in progress.
