Manchu-Tungus Languages

Tungusic (a.k.a Manchu-Tungus) language family are an endangered language group who is native to Northeastern Asian and Russian Far East (Siberia)

Tungusic peoples are semi-nomadic hunter-gatherer ethnic group, they are mostly known as reindeer herders.

Today we don't have that much knowledge about Tungusics because of poverty of Tungusic sources. But linguists such as Hölzl, Vovin, Cincius, Starostin, Dybo, Robbeets researchs, writes and creates article about them.

The most important sources about Proto-Tungusic are Johannes' and Cincius' works.

About Proto-Tungusic[edit]

The Proto-Tungusic language was a common ancestor of all nowadays and extinct Tungusic languages in the World. It's suggested that it was spoken around 600 BCE - 500 AD . Now It is divided two main branches:
