Born and raised in the Chelsea section of New York City.

Her talents range as a musician, director, writer, cinematographer, photographer, ceramicist, teacher and consummate performer. More than a practitioner of Magic and performance, Sinclair’s depth in past experience is nothing short of astounding. After Belinda graduated from the O'Henry School of the Arts and the well known High School of Performing Arts, she went on to study medicine at St. Vincent's in NYC and became a certified Paramedic, then she attended Glendale University where her focus was archeology and anthropology. An interest in filmmaking and cinematography led her to The New School where she completed certification for film. Belinda then studied theology at Marble Collegiate and World Christian Ministries earning a PhD. in Divinity and is an ordained reverend. In addition, she has studied homeopathy and herbology under the auspices of several recognized institutions throughout Mexico. While attending School of visual arts she earned credits in Html, design, and animation. Belinda most recently completed certification in Hypnosis, clinical hypnotherapy, pain management and emergency hypnosis from the National Guild of Hypnotists and is a New York State licensed hypnotist. A seasoned world traveler, she combined her many interests and produced, wrote and directed a documentary about Migrant Natives and their Medicinal Religious Origins. In addition to creating and headlining in Phenomena, a New York off Broadway show that generated rave reviews, she is currently working on Magicienne: The History of Women in Magic from Antiquity to the 21st Century. This multifaceted project will include a six book series, an in-depth documentary in six parts, film and television productions, museum exhibitions as well as a large-scale theatrical presentation featuring the world’s top female magiciennes. As an actor she is a member of Screen Actors Guild and has performed for the New York Shakespeare Festival and The Joseph Papp Theater playing featured roles such as Lady Anne in Richard III, the Muse in King Lear, Cleopatra in Anthony and Cleopatra, the Pupil in Ionesco's The Lesson, and Cassandra in Hecuba, among others. She has also appeared on “The Whoopi Show,” “The Academy Awards Show” “Good Morning America,” “Good Day New York,” “Gordon Elliot Show,” Carlito's Way and several Celia Cruz videos. She has performed before Al Gore, The Dali Lama and many other dignitaries from around the world. Sinclair has worked with Bruce Nauman on a large installation project which appeared at the Leo Costelli Galleries. Belinda can be heard as a percussionist and back up singer on the soon to be released Restless Angel CD with Marie Gabrielle, where she also accompanied Marie Gabrielles’ opening for BB King. Belinda has been recognized as the "Best Female Magician in the World" by Time Out New York and is a member of S.A.M. (Society of American Magicians), I.B.M (International Brotherhood of Magicians), Academy of Magical Arts, and was made an Associate Member of the prestigious and exclusive Inner Magic Circle in London and was bestowed with the Silver Star. Belinda is a magic consultant various television show including the hit shows Third Watch and Fringe. Her study of magic and the psychical sciences (clairvoyance, second sight, hypnosis, numerology, astrology, etc.) has been an intense continual self-taught journey. She is a recognized historian and avid collector of all things pertaining to the world of magic.
