I'm a linguist at the University of Edinburgh. I am fluent in Italian, Spanish, Catalan and English. In addition, I can speak Portuguese, Swahili and Finnish (in order of proficiency).

My research interests include lexicography, phonology & phonetics, morphology, language description and conservation. I am currently working on grammatical features of a South Nilotic language called Sengwer but I have previously worked on Finnish, Arrernte and Romance languages.
