Hello! I am a hobby Slavist and take interest in linguistic anthropology, particularly that which is related to Slavic languages. I have absolutely no training or formal education in linguistics and am a new (as of 2015) wiktionary user/contributor.

Russian is my first and native language, but not my best. I am fluent in English at native proficiency and would consider it my best language. I can read and write in the cyrillic system albeit I'm not very fast at doing so.

I am interested in learning more Slavic languages with the help of what I already know in Russian.
