Greetings.

My user name is an anagram of my real name, Eric P Smith. I am a retired man with interests in Mathematics, Physics, Music, Chess, Philosophy, Linguistics and Christianity, and I find Wikipedia and Wiktionary indispensable. I live in Edinburgh, Scotland. I have created an account mainly so that I can correct obvious minor errors and untidinesses, from typos upwards, in pages that I read. I have no plans at present to contribute anything substantial.

I shall welcome any advice from more experienced users.
