I was drawn to the English Wikipedia by its fascinating articles on individual integers. At Wikipedia, I work on articles on various mathematical concepts, and lately, I've been looking at the development of articles on numbers in Wikipedias in other languages. (See my Wikipedia User page).

Which brings me to Wiktionary. I only know English, and although I can recognize words in other languages that have the same roots they do in English, I'm thrown for a loop when the word is different enough. Wiktionary has helped me a little bit, but I'm finding its coverage of mathematical terms leaves much to be desired.

I'm not a religious man, but I like that saying from the Bible "Light a candle rather than curse the darkness." (I don't know what chapter and verse that's from). So here I am, to try to do what I can do to improve Wiktionary's coverage of mathematical terms.
