I'm in my 20s, grew up in New York and now live in southern India. I'm a native-level speaker of English, Tamil and Malayalam. I can speak, read, write and understand Hindi and Spanish with some proficiency. I'm learning Sanskrit.

I am a professional copy editor. I'm interested in editing things for style, language and grammar. My academic interests include philosophy, music, history, literature and everything else under the sun. My job doesn't involve as much extensive editing as I'd like to do, so I love working on Wikipedia articles to tighten up the wording for the meaning.
