On the page for "هائل", why did you put the definitions all nested under one different definition? Furthermore, what is the reasoning behind putting enormous and awe-inspiring both under tremendous. I understand tremendous can mean both things, in that case why not just omit tremendous as a definition since in this case it seems redundant. Sorry for bothering you, I just don't understand why and I have never seen this type of formatting anywhere else on Wiktionary.
