Each language must have a separate language section. The word Heini is not "Finnish and Welsh". Rather, that combination of letters may be a word in both languages. Do the Welsh always capitalize the word? --EncycloPetey 14:49, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

- In the 1901 census for Wales, there are 26 people named Luigi, two of whom were born in Wales - but that does not mean that "Luigi" is a Welsh given name. SemperBlotto 15:09, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
Not sure if the last post came thorugh, but I'll write this again. Heini Gruffudd is a male author for welsh baby names. Ancestry.co.uk proves although very rare there are more people named this.
