Hi Kneiphof,

Welcome. Don't worry about your English. Dutch translations are usually among the first to be added to the words, so I'm sure you can get by with the combination of English and Dutch. I hope you will add quite a few Russian translations! Tot later Polyglot 23:45, 15 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Hi Kneiphof, I'm glad to see you adding all the Russian translations. I noticed you're entering the gender of Russian nouns as ж or м. I think that means ж for feminine or м for masculine; am I right? And I think Russian also has neuter nouns, but I haven't noticed any yet. Since this is the English language Wiktionary, it would probably be better to use the Roman alphabet m, f, and n instead, to be consistent with everything else. Thanks, Ortonmc 02:49, 17 Jan 2004 (UTC)

>>Hi, Ortonmc. Russian has also neuter noun, indeed, but it is quite uncommon. I will change м into m and ж into f Kneiphof 03:59, 17 Jan 2004 (CET)

My goodness! That was fast. I didn't expect you to do them all at once. :-) -- Ortonmc 03:28, 17 Jan 2004 (UTC)
