I don't know how to format Japanese entries (I've never done it myself), but you don't either: please take a look at the code in other Japanese entries and learn how they should be formatted. A start would be this:

{{m|ja|疲労感}} (which will be displayed as 疲労感)

Instead of just

疲労感
