It is fine that you want to mention the existence of 19th century Romanian forms, but they have no place in the declension of the main entry. If you wish to add these, insert them under the ==Romanian== heading like so:

As for your accent-related changes, you must know that we do not follow the established practice of Romanian dictionaries of marking the accent by acute marks, but we give the pronunciation in IPA. Since the stress is indicated there, there is no need to repeat that information.
