re: Content from Wikipedia

[edit]

I've posted the recovered material from the deleted Wikipedia article at User:Reillyd/temp. Once you've merged it into the appropriate Wiktionary page(s), remember to blank the temp page. Since you were basically the only editor of the Wikipedia version, we don't have to do anything special to preserve the attribution history. (That's a requirement of GFDL.)

If you want any of the links (like the reference to Demi Moore) to reference back to the Wikipedia article, modify the link using the code [[w:Demi Moore|]]. Good luck and happy editing. Rossami 17:35, 24 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I just pretty much automatically reverted your adding a whole long encyclopediac entry to MILF. Sorry if a bit abrupt; what we need is a short usage note, citations in wikt style if appropriate, and a reference to the 'pedia ({{wikipedia}}. Feel free to edit from your last version and do something like this? Thanks! (oh, and we do appreciate the contribution) Robert Ullmann 06:12, 30 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
I see, they just link here ... what I mean is we don't have lists ... we have citations of use, and that means the quotation, with the reference to the print (if possible) source. (so the Chicago Sun-Times should be date and page number, not a link to the on-line version, and so on) See Wiktionary:Quotations Robert Ullmann 06:18, 30 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
And it will do no harm to leave any remaining material on Talk:MILF Robert Ullmann 06:48, 30 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
