Who is involved in editing the pages on Chinese characters? I have just found a second error, in my opinion, in the radical-plus-additional-strokes description of a character. The problem arises with characters that are not in the KangXi dictionary. I am hesitant to change the description, however, without confirmation that my analysis is correct and without help changing the description of where the character would be in KangXi.
