Hebrew entries

[edit]

Thank you for the Hebrew entries, but please do not link them to the Hebrew Wiktionary. People who understand little or no Hebrew (most of us) cannot comprehend anything on Hebrew Wiktionary, so we want to have our own Hebrew entries right here on English Wiktionary. For example, for Hebrew אוזן, do not write [[:he:אוזן|אוזן]], but instead put *Hebrew: [[אוזן]] (ózen) f (that is, adding the pronunciation and gender since most of us can’t read Hebrew very well if at all). Then, if you feel like it, you can create the article at אוזן, tailored to readers who only understand English but who want to know about this word. If not, someone else will eventually create the article for us, and then the link will be to a page that all English-speakers can understand. A good example of an article designed for English-speakers is ארה״ב. —Stephen 14:37, 7 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
