New Tibetan transcription[edit]

Hello! In my opinion Wylie transliteration is good only for reflecting the pronunciation of the Old/Classic Tibetan language, but not the modern Tibetan, which is based on the pronunciation of the Lhasa dialect. Therefore, I offer use Tibetan pinyin or THL Phonetic transcription for Modern Tibetan pronunciation.
