If both French and English Wiktionaries include the same information in English about the same French words, it'd be a loss of time. If none of the 2 include part of useful information, it'd be a pity.
It's unclear to me whether this is supposed to be a all-Wiktionary Think tank, or an English Wiktionary one. </ Henri de Solages>
- I think it is quite safe to assume that people active on other wiktionaries will in general not see this page, or know of its existence. What we would need, then, is a page on meta where all interwiktionary issues can be adressed. \Mike 17:03, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)
<Jun-Dai 17:41, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)> It might be nice to have some cross-language policies about certain stuff here, but there's no reason that the French Wiktionary should have English information (outside of _very_ basic translation) about French words. That's the job for the English Wiktionary. Likewise, the English Wiktionary has no business holding information in French about any words. </Jun-Dai>
