Turkish[edit]
Etymology[edit]
From German Dozent, from Latin docēns.
The template Template:rfv-etym does not use the parameter(s):2=The German word was formerly spelt with "c" and Turkish doesn't have /ts/, so I'm not saying it's wrong. But Italian "docente" seems a good alternative candidate. Please see Module:checkparams for help with this warning.
(Can this(+) etymology be sourced?)
