ha- (up out) + -∅- (3rd person subject prefix) + -∅- (classifier)-jííł (imperfective stem of root -JIL, “to stick out, to pierce”).

  1. it sticks out, it protrudes (as a pole, a spear)
  2. a debt is incurred, money is owed
    Shąąh haajííł.
    A debt is incurred by me, I have credit, I owe money.
    Bee shąąh haajííł.
    I get it on credit.
