Possibly a calque from Calque of Blackfoot [Term?] or Calque of Tsuut'ina [Term?], composed of o- (his/her) +‎ tôskwan (elbow, the bend in the Bow River after which the river is named) +‎ -ihk (at), or "at the elbow" / "at the river-bend" / "on the Bow".
