From Russian раскула́чивание (raskuláčivanije). Morphologically from the passive participle rozkulačován + inflectional suffix -í.

Usage notes
The English term dekulakization is equivalent to two slightly different Czech terms: rozkulačování, which refers to the process of collectivizing the farmers' property being in progress, or rozkulačení, which refers to the finished process.
