  1. To collide with.
    Mind you don't walk into that wall.
    Watch where you're going. You nearly walked into that man.
  2. To fall into (a trap or other situation), especially one that could have been avoided with more care.
    The platoon walked into an ambush.
    You really walked into that one, didn't you?
