y- (3rd person object prefix) + -oo- (yi-progressive 3rd person subject prefix) + -ł- (classifier) + -zas (progressive stem of root -ZAS, “to sprinkle”).

- he/she is going along dripping it, going along dribbling it, is sprinkling it along (as seeds, salt, blood)
