Etymology

The first part ån- is contraction of orden, like in eye dialect form åntle. While the change of [ɳ] into [n] is unclear, the further change into [ŋ] is occuring because of following sound [k].

The sound [k] instead of [t] represents same sound shift as for colloquial pronunciation of Swedish ordentlig, also found in Swedish egentligen and äntligen, but this sound shift is not common for Norwegian, therefore it may be a borrowing from Swedish of same dialectal character as morsan (“mother”).
