(colloquial) to see (repeatedly or frequently); iterative of ви́деть (vídetʹ)

  Признаюсь, с недавнего времени я начинаю иногда слышать и видеть такие вещи, которых никто ещё не видывал и не слыхивал.
  Priznajusʹ, s nedavnevo vremeni ja načinaju inogda slyšatʹ i videtʹ takije vešči, kotoryx nikto ješčó ne vidyval i ne slyxival.
  For some little time past I hear and see things which no other man has heard and seen.

This is an iterative verb, and in standard language is conjugated only in the infinitive and the past tense.
