וַיַּשְׁקְ • (vayáshk)

1. Third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of השקה.
   • Tanach, Exodus 2:19:

     וְגַם דָּלֹה דָלָה לָנוּ וַיַּשְׁקְ אֶת הַצֹּאן

     v'gam daló dalá lánu vayáshk et hatsón

     and also drew water enough for us, and watered the flock

1. (And) (he) kissed: third-person masculine singular vav-consecutive imperfect (hence past tense) of נָשַׁק (nashák).
   • Tanach, Genesis 48:10:

     וַיַּגֵּשׁ אֹתָם אֵלָיו וַיִּשַּׁק לָהֶם וַיְחַבֵּק לָהֶם

     vayagésh otám eláv vayishák lahém vaychabék lahém

     And he brought them near unto him; and he kissed them, and embraced them
