  1. (informal, neologism) cute; pretty
  2. (informal, neologism, usually sarcastic) tamed; harmless; innocuous; especially in the context of religion and politics: liberal and pacifistic
    نُسَمِّيهِم بِالدَّواعِشِ وَهُم يُسَمُّونَنَا بِالْمُسْلِمِينَ الْكْيُوت.
    nusammīhim bi-d-dawāʕiši wahum yusammūnanā bi-l-muslimīna l-kyūt.
    We call them ISIS supporters and they call us tamed Muslims.
