Literally, "did [you/he/she/they] eat crow meat"? Plausibly a pun based on 까먹다 (kkameokda, “(colloquial) to forget”).

  Gukhoe'uiwon-eul geureoke orae haenoko kkamagwi gogi-reul meogeonna(kkameogeonna)-rago banmunhaetda.
  He retorted, "Have you 'eaten crow' (i.e. forgotten) [the legislation] after being a Member of Parliament for so long?"
