Inherited from Sanskrit सम्बुध्यते (sambudhyate). By surface analysis, 𑀲𑀁- (saṃ-) +‎ 𑀩𑀼𑀚𑁆𑀛𑀇 (bujjhaï). Cognate with Pali sambujjhati.
