1. (uncountable, neurology) An autism related developmental disorder characterised by sustained impairment in social interaction and nonverbal communication and by restricted, repetitive, pedantic and stereotyped activities, interests, speech and routines.
2. (countable) A person diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome.
