Missing link[edit]

Isn't this where the "navigation" side bar is customized? I wanted to add "Tea room" below "Beer parlour" but I can't see the Beer parlour here!

Is the BP supposed to be in the navigation bar? — Vildricianus 13:36, 17 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect to requested entries[edit]

I find it quite irritating that when you press the "Requested entries" button you acctually get to the page through a redirect. Someone should change the following to make it work properly: "Requestedarticles-url|Requestedarticles" with "Wiktionary:Requested entries|Requestedarticles". Thanks in advance. --EivindJ 13:06, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

TWIMC: that change is invalid; do it correctly if you care. Robert Ullmann 13:19, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
How can that change be invalid? I can't do anything, since the page is protected, so I can't check whether it's invalid or not, but I can't see that it can be. --EivindJ 13:37, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

random page by language[edit]

Can we link to Connel's script for a random page in a requested language? There've been some requests for this, but I'm not sure it's possible to link offsite by these means.—msh210 19:17, 14 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vector[edit]

The "(by language)" links seem to mess up in the Vector skin, with no space at all between them and the option below, causing the sidebar to look strange. Does anyone know how this could be fixed? --Yair rand 04:37, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Wiktionary preferences" > "Preferences"[edit]

Does the link to WT:PREFS really need to say "Wiktionary preferences"? Wouldn't it make more sense for it to say just "Preferences"? --Yair rand (talk) 06:01, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's confusable with special:preferences.—msh210 (talk) 16:26, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Does having "Wiktionary" at the beginning of the link make it less confusable? --Yair rand (talk) 22:02, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Correct capitalization for "Main Page"[edit]

"Main Page" should be rewritten as "Main page". The whole wiki is written with sentence case capitalization (e.g. "What links here") with the only exception of "Main Page" in the sidebar. On Wikipedia and Wikinews, it is written "Main page". To correct this minor issue, replace the "mainpage-url|mainpage-text" line with "mainpage-url|mainpage-description".--TheLazyDog (talk) 02:33, 22 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
