From Russian ОКБ (OKB). Initialism of Russian опытное конструкторское бюро (opytnoje konstruktorskoje bjuro) and Russian опытно-конструкторское бюро (opytno-konstruktorskoje bjuro, expert design bureau). (development bureau).
