Borrowed from Ukrainian ОРДЛО́ (ORDLÓ), acronym of окре́мі райо́ни Доне́цької та Луга́нської областе́й (okrémi rajóny Donécʹkoji ta Luhánsʹkoji oblastéj, separate districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions).
