Literally, "P12er," from sports age groups often being called P (for pojkar (boys)) or F (for flickor (girls)), followed by age.

Literally, "P12er," from "paragraf 12" (paragraph 12), from section 12 of the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act (1990:52) stipulating the existence of special residential homes for young people with psychosocial problems (särskilda ungdomshem).
