@Atitarev, Cinemantique, Wikitiki89 Does игра really have no stress on it? Benwing2 (talk) 08:15, 16 November 2015 (UTC)Reply

Actually, to avoid two stresses in a row, this is often pronounced as /ѝграсло́в/ ([ˌiɡrɐˈslof]) in fast speech. That was the reason I gave it that pronunciation when I created the page. --WikiTiki89 15:39, 16 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
@Benwing: It should be [ˌiɡrɐ ˈslof], not [ˌiɡrə ˈslof], and not [ˌiɡrɐsˈlof] either. --WikiTiki89 19:09, 16 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
Hmm, this would be the only word that behaves like that, with final unstressed [ɐ]. You could write it with ɐ as an ad-hoc symbol; not sure that would work completely properly though, as the code doesn't expect it. Benwing2 (talk) 23:34, 16 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
Why not just use manual IPA for it? Anyway, I'm not gonna add it until I find enough evidence for Anatoli. --WikiTiki89 00:26, 17 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
@Benwing: Also, there needs to be a way to manually specify the syllable breaks, because the default is not always right, like in предисло́вие (predislóvije) and пустосло́вный (pustoslóvnyj), both of which should have the stress mark before the [s]. --WikiTiki89 00:32, 17 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
The plan is to use / for a syllable break; this will also force the long pronunciation of тс in ветслужба. Benwing2 (talk) 00:40, 17 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
Ok thanks! --WikiTiki89 00:42, 17 November 2015 (UTC)Reply
