moved from RVF --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 03:13, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Tatar. From a user who has a track record of creating incorrect entries. -- Liliana 13:42, 1 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Tatar word for "side" (a bounding straight edge of an object) is чит (çit), the Roman form or transliteration is "çit" (not "chit"). Other synonyms are not cognates, e.g. як (yak). --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 01:25, 9 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Changing to rfd. The author is not contactable. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 00:34, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

From rvf. Doesn't look like a Tatar word. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 00:35, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

So keep at rfv then? What's your worry, that this will pass rfv as a Tatar word? Mglovesfun (talk) 15:55, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I would just delete it but needed some kind of approval. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 03:13, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Deleted as there were no objections, the existence of the word was not confirmed. --Anatoli (обсудить/вклад) 01:35, 13 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
