Well Romanized Chinese[sic] seems to be Chinese which is romanized. I see no reason to keep it. If that goes then Luomahua Zhongwen, Romahua Zhongwen, Pinyin Zhongwen should go, but I can't comment further whilst knowing absolutely no Chinese/Mandarin.
