A non-gloss definition[edit]

How about: "Used to form titles, often honorary, and organization names in certain socialist countries"? This seems intrinsically neutral. It does not require any commentary to achieve balance. DCDuring TALK 11:49, 7 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
