This is my first entry to any Wiki site, please be gentle. This word was created by John Scalzi on his Whatever blog (http://whatever.scalzi.com/2012/10/18/gawkerreddit-followup/) today. I found it to be a useful newly-coined word as it can also be used not only to talk about the ongoing discussion of the legality and uses of hemp and cannabis sativa in the US but occurrences such as the 18th and 21st Amendments to the US Constitution as well.

We don’t accept newly-coined words. See WT:CFI. In a nutshell, it would need to have 3 citations from books or usenet, spanning at least one year (not a few hours), and they must be independent (in other words, if you use it three times or have friends quote you it’s still no good). Feel free to add it to WT:LOP though (without promoting any blog). — Ungoliant (Falai) 21:29, 18 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
