Missing Definition

I just came across "negrito" in an English context, referring to a human. The context is in a comparison of the feet of various humans and other primates, and one of the feet is captioned "(17) HUMAN (Malayan Negrito)." (Abominable Snowmen: Legend Come to Life, "Appendix B", Ivan T. Sanderson, 1961)
