- A Meitei ethnic male given name.
- A Meitei emperor of the Ningthouja dynasty, who ruled Kangleipak, in the 14th century CE.
- (Chingkhu Telheiba) A king who ruled Moirang from 1083 CE to 1138 CE, and a contemporary of Khamba and Thoibi.
- (Khelei Nungnang Telheiba) A king who ruled Moirang from 1764 CE to 1768 CE, and a maternal uncle of Bhagyachandra of Ningthouja dynasty.
