Diminutive nouns

[edit]

I wish there's a parameter for diminutive nouns, like {{dsb-noun}} does. (How about a parameter for indeclinable nouns?) --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 01:30, 21 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Aug noun parameter fix-up

[edit]

Is there a proper way to fix the parameter for augmentative nouns? (Off topic, but can there be an optional parameter for feminine/masculine counterparts of nouns?) --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 02:56, 13 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

What's wrong with aug? —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 04:15, 13 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Eek! That was terrible! Fixed, though. In the future, please link to a page where you see a problem. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 04:45, 13 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
And another thing, how come there's no right parenthesis ) when the dim parameter is activated? (You could have a look at łąka.) --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 03:39, 14 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Look at grzywa (code gymnatstics, anyone?) --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 03:46, 14 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
What do you mean? Looks good to me. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 21:43, 15 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Look at parentheses of diminutive, it isn’t closed at łąka, also see jabłko. // Silmeth @talk 11:13, 28 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
Oh, I see you just added one parenthesis to close it, but then it was reverted. The problem is, in the template there already is one closing parenthesis that isn’t shown when only dim parameter is given. Count all parentheses that are there. I don’t know where exactly it should be placed, so I don’t want to change anything. // Silmeth @talk 11:16, 28 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
I have no idea why Stephen reverted my parenthesis, but whatever. I found an even more inefficient way to solve it. Somebody should really clean this template up. —Μετάknowledgediscuss/deeds 23:29, 28 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

{{dsb-noun}}

[edit]

Could we use this pattern?

<onlyinclude>{{ pl-noun/helper

I copied and modified {{dsb-noun}} (click on edit to see the code). Any thoughts about {{pl-noun/helper}}? --Lo Ximiendo (talk) 20:57, 15 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Should include how to indicate (in)animacy for masculine nouns. 70.175.192.217 02:57, 15 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
