Link repair[edit]

Instead of repairing the links, can you remove them altogether? They are obsolete and redundant. —CodeCat 01:54, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hmm, rather than guess what the consensus might be, I think I should just stop here and report the problem in general terms. It seems to be generated by software. 67.160.69.105 01:57, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
I don't think consensus is really relevant in this case, the links no longer serve a purpose and were only added to work around a software bug that was fixed long ago. Just writing the word there will let the template create the link itself, which is preferred. —CodeCat 02:04, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
But you're the first guy I talked to about it. :) Discussed here 67.160.69.105 02:08, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
And she explained the current state of things. These entries were all added in November of last year, and there have been quite a few changes since then. Unless I'm mistaken, the entries with this problem are all fossilized results from an earlier revision of the software. Chuck Entz (talk) 02:35, 6 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
