Please DON'T ignore[edit]

This is valuable information![edit]

Why does everyone want people to ignore their posts? After all,

  1. I want to do this right,
  2. I also want people to notice what I do or think it is good,
  3. and I want to be part of the Wiktionary community.

So,

That's why I'm here.
That's why I'm editing.
And that's why I'm following this tutorial which tells me (mostly) what I already know from Wikipedia.

Best of luck, everyone! --Cromwellt 16:04, 26 January 2006 (UTC)Reply

I love this tutorial because:

  1. It's great
I never thought that editing wiki would be so easy!

ugly[edit]

This specific tutorial page looks rather ugly in comparison --Rising Sun 11:13, 23 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Well, that's partly because the top part was written by me in about ten seconds just to replace the stuff about "article talk pages" which doesn't apply here. Anyone want to rewrite it so it's not so ugly? --Yair rand 17:31, 23 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
Sure it applies here! People are using entry talk pages all the time. However, I reckon we should include discussion rooms on this page too, hence the original all-encompassing original name "Tutorial (Discussion)". I've tried rewriting bits of other Tutorial pages, but just minor fixes. --Rising Sun 20:33, 23 November 2009 (UTC)Reply
It looks better now. Thanks especially to Rockpilot (talkcontribs), Stubborn Pen (talkcontribs), Back on the list (talkcontribs) for simplifying. --Cien pies 6 (talk) 11:13, 11 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
