  1. (intransitive) to move in a flicker
  2. (intransitive) to move cautiously, stealthily, without making sounds
  3. (transitive) to whisper, to murmur, to rumor
    Si buzzica che ci saranno nuove elezioni.
    It is rumored that there will be new elections.
