testicular artery (plural testicular arteries)

  1. (anatomy) Either of a pair of arteries which supply blood to the testes, and of which one arises on each side from the front of the abdominal aorta a little below the corresponding renal artery and passes downward to the spermatic cord of the same side and along it to the testis.
