[edit]Learned borrowing from Koine Greek ἀνεκλάλητος (aneklálētos) from ἀν- (an-, form of alpha privative) -modern αν- (an-)- + ἐκλαλέω (eklaléō, “speak out”), ἐκλαλη- (eklalē-) + suffix for verbal adjectives -τος (-tos).
