[edit]бэрэскэ (bɛrɛskɛ) + -жъый (-ẑəj, “tiny, small”), from Ancient Greek Παρασκευή (Paraskeuḗ).[1][2] Cognate with Kabardian бэрэжьей (bɛrɛźej).
