бэрэскэ (bɛrɛskɛ) +‎ -жъый (-ẑəj, tiny, small), from Ancient Greek Παρασκευή (Paraskeuḗ).[1][2] Cognate with Kabardian бэрэжьей (bɛrɛźej).
